Am I allowed to have more than one account?
Yes, you can purchase as many positions as you wish to advertise.
How can I cancel receiving your site emails?
Your affiliateship in our program allows
the admin to send you site updates, changes, or from time to time other program suggestions. You may
not cancel receiving these emails
without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all
earnings.
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "edit personal information" link. You will be able
to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.
Can I get a refund?
No, when you signed up for our site, you purchased a software and advertising package. This
is all provided for you in your members area, so once you become a member you can not download
the software, or take advantage of the other free advertising and then request a refund.

Earnings Questions:
Are my earnings or commissoins guaranteed?
No, again you purchased a software and advertising package. We pay commissions to those who
take part in promoting our package. Therefor, if you make no effort to resell our package, you
probably would not earn any commissions.
How much do I earn by participating?
You earn a $1.00 commission from any sale, any level of your 3x5 matrix.
When can I request payment?
You may request anytime after you have a minimum of $5.00 in your account under "commissions due".
How can I request payment?
You can request a payment at anytime by emailing

or by hitting the contact button at the top of the site.
You must supply your member number and the amount you would like to withdraw. **If you are unsure that you entered the
correct Alertpay address, be sure to include this with your request.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will
issue payment to you within 72 hours to you Alertpay address that you provided at signup.
Referral Questions:
How can I refer other members?
On your member's page click on "referral code and links" There you will find your referral url along with banners that you
can use to advertise. You can get referrals through paid advertising, or earned credits on surf sites,
pretty much in any way you wish except for Spamming!
What can I earn through referrals?
Again, you earn a $1.00 sales commission from any sale on three levels.
